Attendance Policy
On any day a student is to be absent:
A phone call by a parent\guardian to the school before 9:00am is required. This applies to each day a student will be absent.
It is the responsibility of the parent to notify the school of the student's absence.
Upon return to school:
A
note signed by the parent\guardian only, stating the dates and reason for absence is required.
The student should give the absence note to the homeroom teacher. Students who do not bring a note within 3 days from his\her return will receive a
detention in homeroom.
Students who are absent from school on a given day MAY NOT participate in any afternoon or evening activity sponsored by the school on that day
including Driver's Education.
