Dear Mr/Mrs. Alumni/ae,
As we begin a new and exciting chapter in our glorious history, I offer greetings from your Alma Mater, Moore Catholic High School.
As of September 2009, Moore Catholic, along with a number of other schools in our area, became an independent, non-profit Catholic educational institution.
While we still follow the spiritual guidance of the Archdiocese of New York, we now enjoy the prospect of operating and growing at our own pace and with our own priorities.
This is an exciting and positive transition for our school.
In order to fulfill our original mission of preparing young men and women to make a positive difference in their communities, we must expand the fund raising capacity of the school.
Our goal is to reconnect with our alumni, embrace our current students and parents, and continue to expand our community.
You will be hearing from us in the near future regarding the Maverick Annual Fund as well as other initiatives designed to generate revenues for Moore Catholic.
Moore Catholic has grown and advanced in leaps and bounds in recent years. We have worked diligently to upgrade and improve our academic, athletic, and cultural facilities.
To maintain this growth and continue to build, we need your help.
